THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE IS NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING. 


YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE AND SUBMIT A CLAIM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.


If your order never arrives, or if your item is inauthentic, damaged, defective, or differs significantly from its listing, you will receive a full refund with our PCIFIC Money Back Guarantee. Just follow these steps to request your refund:

  1. Contact us at support@pcific.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. If the product needs to be returned, we will arrange for a return shipping label through PCIFIC or the seller directly.
  3. Return the product - once it's been verified as received by the seller, we will issue your refund. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 days to process from Stripe.
